      Pros

      - Good and open work culture. - Wide range of technologies with which you get to work with. - Good pay compared to similar sized companies. - Excellent learing ground for freshers. - Employee friendly policies.

      Cons

      - Lack of MNC work culture, you only hear Marathi all around you. Even in the team meetings :( - No vision in higher management for future. They are confused where they want to go: Product or services. - Very less on-site opportunities.

      Very good technical company. Good food @ India offices.

      Cons

      Confused if we are product company or services company. New folks from big companies are in charge. And trying to drive company but nobody knows what direction to take.
