1. Being a product development company offers pay packages like its a services company. 2. Appraisal process is very haphazard and sometimes no amount of good work can guarantee a promotion. 3. Admin department is very powerful and mostly overrides suggestions by HR. So if food and office environment is your concern then better to skip this company 4. The other facilities like cab/bus service, parties, corporate discounts and gifts etc are not good. 5. No morning breakfast provided and night time dinner needs to ordered from outside. 6. Sometimes managers take extreme steps to please the client. And most of the time its at the cost of the employee.
