      Pros

      Learning and fun goes parallel.. Many activity and events are carried out hear. so, whole year you will get feeling of college.

      Cons

      1.Required stuff as per the demand of process not full filed. 2.Appraisal system is bad. 3.Its a manager based company. So be good with them.!! 4.Work is appreciated but not in front of other people.!! 5.Favouritism is one of the factor. But this is the case with some of the projects only. 6.HR is for only arranging events and skip level meeting so no results at the end. 7. Food and hygiene status is too bad though this people include cost of these thing in our CTC.
