Friendly atmosphere. Very good opportunities to develop your skills. Lot of technical/personal/professional training's provided. People always there to help.

Great place to work. - Promotion guidelines are documented at least at junior level and at senior level are in process to be documented. So no issue there, fulfill the criteria and you would be promoted. - Lots of room for personal growth and aspiration. - Flexibility of switching domain, projects, steams, tracks etc. - Good environment - Nice people - By the book(procedure) kind of environment - People to look Up to

Cons

- Below average salary - Talents just bleeding out - No one to compete with(I mean the most positive competition there can be). You need to best yourself - Groupism/favoritism is taking its feet - Little to no onsite opps. Even if there is any mid-management try their best to blow it off.(EDIT: they don't blow it off actually but they simply lose the opportunities) - Something wrong with business development, marketing and mid management and hence the 'Hindu' rate of growth(P.S. Hurting sentiments NOT intended)
