1. Degrading compensation and diminishing attention to employee satisfaction. 2. As it is expanding rather deviating from its core business i.e., Outsourced Product Development, so learning opportunities are decreasing. 3. Many teams are working on support and maintenance projects only. 4. Biasing toward locals(especially Marathi people).
