Pros
Bunch of techies around, So if you join as Fresher or if you are too motivated to Technical stuff.... best place to join. Facilities too good... specifically Food and Snacks!!!
Cons
1) Less Salary compare to market... not much difference though 2) Politics : Depends on nasty "Anti Social Elements" in IT industry.. and I think that's there across the world, so don't worry... if you ignore "PG4 side B" rest of the world is too good, less politics!! 3) Less opportunity to out of India Travel
