      Excellent work-life balance, though it can vary depending on the client time zone and project requirements. The company maintains professionalism across all functions, including management and HR. Persistent has a supportive and employee-friendly culture with flexible work arrangements and work-from-home opportunities. As a parent of a young daughter, flexibility is very important to me, and Persistent has been supportive during different personal and professional situations. I have always felt trusted and respected as an employee.
