Pros

Its good company to work. The food is also good. People are also very supportive.

Cons

1. They will assign you to random technology training and project to freshers, irrespective of your interest or knowledge. They train you in one technology and assign project in different technology. 2. You cannot switch technology if you want to. Managers will tell you have to complete 18 months in Project. If you do not like a tech, how can you stay in that tech, only option left is to change company. 3. During covid-19, when WFH was going on, still they deducted canteen fees from salary.

Pros

Good for freshers and new commers. Lot of learning opportunities and training. (Persistent university offered courses, Industrial trainings are there)

Cons

Work life balance depends on the project. Poor salary increments for long term workers, (lot of new commers with higher salary) salary is below from market level
