      Lots of opportunity to learn. People are good and down to earth. They are working on lots of new(est) technologies and there is so much interesting work going on.

      Cons

      Working on dream project or technologies is far from reality and it doesn't happen to everyone. Some work is menial and so you often loose motivation.
