Pros

Management is very technical. Care about reports technical progress. Liberal casual attitude, not much pressure

Cons

Too much emphasis on sales targets for software, sucks the life out of you. Salary raises could be more frequent.

Pros

+ Good place to start the career. + Good exposure to work with branded clients. + Ample cultural and social activities. + Ample in house training programs. + Free Lunch and Snacks.

Cons

- People/Region biased : No leaves on festivals like Christmas, ID and Baisakhi. Local tradition is dominant. - Poor company polices: focused more on getting work done through rules, rather motivating employees. - Career growth options are limited.

Pros

The pool of techies in Persistent is really commendable. Although Nagpur centre sucks, Pune centre has a good rapport. Persistent has a very good brand name.

Cons

Work quality sucks, New hires suck, Less Pay as compared to some other places Business centric and not employee centric
