Work with huge clients from all over the globe. Active environment and fast pace demands, good vibe, nice offices, well equipped kitchen. The entire company takes a vacation together once a year

Cons

Bosses are hard, un-attending to the employees' needs. the founders are very involved in every aspect, which leads to micro-managing. Decisions are made above the teams' heads, and then brought down as final facts. Bad processes and messy approach makes every day a huge challenge. The company is having hard time keeping the top employees and team-leads in the company, which leads to the fact that some positions are un-manned for more than a year. This makes any product development very hard and processes being broken and frustrating
