With a 7 hour time difference from the US east coast, this makes it next to impossible to get anything done in a reasonable amount of time. - Clients who will drive you nuts constantly - Company sells products that it doesn't have in order to get business, with the idea that they will build it as they go, but this adds to the chaos -No room for growth or working in different parts of the company, primarily because all the control and jobs are in Israel

Some days with peaks of workload but if you know how to organize yourself there is no need for extra hours.
