Pros

A very successful and fast growing company. Working with banks is challenging, but it pushes everyone to achieve more. A combination of very experienced management with young managers, excellent juniors promoted within the company. A great atmosphere, combination of fun to work and fun in general.

Cons

As usually happens in fast growing companies, knowledge sharing requires improvement.

Pros

The product is awesome and keeps growing all the time. There are always opportunities to develop your career, even for juniors and no political games and agendas. Managers are very down to earth and humble. Cool work environment and very friendly people, socially appealing place. Very flexible during covid and adjusting to personal needs.

Cons

New employees onboarding still lacking in some departments. Very busy daily agenda for most people, so sometimes difficult to do extra curricular activities in work hours, develop personal projects or do not daily tasks. This differs per team.
