Pros

I started as a student and learn a lot, I am leaving after 2.5 years because it's time to move on and explore other opportunities, I liked my teammates and managers, the office atmosphere, the fact that there is a wide range of employees, from students, senior, religious, Arabs and even employees on the autistic spectrum, I like that the company is open to all.

Well, relatively ok in terms of compensation BUT not in the amount of hours you have to work for it,

Everlasting pressure, no real planning, all is guided by out-of-the-moment managements' desires and moods. No right to express your opinion, not countered, no feeling of borders for most workers. For quite a time I had a very strong feeling of slavery. My time didn't really belong to me - with almost all of my time at home dedicated to employment-related tasks, improvements, e-mails, with no real opportunity to perform all the tasks during the working hours including overtime.
