Tremendous opportunity for anyone who wants to work in a dynamic environment that challenges you and makes you learn something new everyday. Everyone has the opportunity to make a difference to the overall company progress which is very exciting.
Cons
As with any start-up, there are times when there is more work than people. There are some growing pains as the company ramps up to meet industry demand.
