The CEO puts his everything into it

Pros

The CEO and his team are working day and night to raise the bars for the company. Dedicated people in the company makes the working environment good. No pressure for anything unless it is necessary. Work-life balance is maintained

Cons

Delay in hikes for time being. Hoping it to be achieved as soon as possible.

Pros

We can learn many things from the compnay

Cons

Main Part is they want you work more time but they are not willing to pay extra to you. For night shift people they wont spent a single penny no cab.no food and not even you guys will get a coffee.

Pros

The people here are awesome, starting at the top is our CEO. Sanjay is an inspiration to all - he's passionate, approachable and is a visionary who believes in innovation and quality. Everyone is willing to help wherever assistance or advice is needed. Love the flexibility here in terms of WFH, work life balance etc. Loads to take away in terms of learning, in depth understanding of how to deal with challenges during the rise of the co.

Cons

As the company is growing/expanding much faster so challenges are part of the process . I believe and have the confidence with the upper management that things would be sorted soon .
