Pros

The environment at this company is very laid back and friendly. Additionally, if you need any sort of help you can easily talk to one of your colleagues to find assistance in a prompt manner. The management is very open to ideas that may improve workflow or the products offered. Since the company is smaller any productive opinions you might have can have a significant impact on processes or product enhancement. Offers the possibility of traveling to cool places around the country for conferences and events. The CEO is a very friendly guy and always has an open door if you feel the need to stop by and speak with him about something. Pizza parties for lunch as smaller rewards and the possibility to bring your dog into work on Fridays! Work-life balance is very good and the benefits are great!

Cons

Due to the fact that it is a smaller company you will most likely be working with a smaller team regardless of your department. However, this should not discount the abilities of those team members considering the fact that they are all very talented and knowledgeable of the industry.

Pros

PetPartners is a wonderful company to work for. They have awesome benefits, flexible work schedule, and a great working environment. I love the team camaraderie environment no matter what department you work in, if you need help, someone is always willing to jump in and help you out. Management recognizes and rewards hard work and loyalty. You also have the ability to work with and learn from all levels of management including the CEO who maintains an open door policy.

Cons

PetPartners is a small company so you may not have as many career advancement opportunities as you would have in a large corporation but you'll have a wonderful group of knowledgeable, experienced professionals that sincerely care about pet heath care and want to make a difference.

Pros

They will buy you pizza and beer for lunch in the office! Besides that I cannot think of another pro.

Cons

There is basically no upper management. If you respectfully disagree with one of the managers, he will throw a hissy fit. He over promises and rarely ever delivers. Extremely cheap company; furniture and technologies are minimum of 10 years old. The company pays nowhere near the starting salaries for comparable positions at other companies. Nobody here has any drive or motivation. This is not a company you want to work for if you are looking to advance your career in any way.
