Got to learn microsystems, working beyond 40hrs per week is rare, working with smallish team was nice, dedicated QA staff, well run Azure

Cons

Dealing with microsystems, slow machines for remote engineers, not meeting co-workers very often (unless you live nearby) Better be pretty fast at developing
