Nice staff, fun product, if in office - nice facility

Cons

pro-active customer centric thinking, change in direction too frequently, lack of accountability and management of staff. People are burnt out, not enough staff to handle work load, extreme increase on sales goals

I enjoyed working alongside my team and fit into the position greatly. My salary was good for what I needed.

Cons

I was released due to budget reasons and I feel that when a company is going through that they should first think how to retain a valuable employee, rather than letting them go.
