Not quite as "we care for pets and people" as you'd think

Pros

Benefits are okay for full-time employees. You get to snuggle all the puppies.

Cons

As much as they say they care about their associates, they sadly really don't. "see something, say something" but nothing gets done about it, even in extreme HR cases. Animal care is not taken to an extreme serious level, it's sad when you have store leadership that just doesn't care.
