      Pros

      Associates are always willing to help each other out. Super friendly and always smiling. They always point out what you're doing RIGHT on the job! And if you need to do something better, they tell you in a supportive and helpful way. It's never demanding or rude. Absolutely love working here! Sure, the customers may be a bit irritating at times, but the co-workers will always pull their weight!

      Cons

      The only downside I can think of is the stress that comes with any retail job. Customers aren't always respectful.

      Pros

      You get to play with dogs all day. There are some cool "pet parents" at the La Jolla location that come in and out regularly.

      Cons

      You literally can't move up unless you're kissing some serious ***. The managers are all incompetent and like to play with the employees pinning them against one another. Some of the seniors think that cause they're shift leaders they don't actually have to work, and all the work falls on the kid who gets paid minimum wage.
