On job training, pay can be good depending on how busy salon is.

Cons

Equipment doesn’t always work, supplies aren’t always in, promotions come out of commission sometimes, always working weekends and no time off allowed during holidays.

Pros

Pets are great. Huge bonus on good years.

Cons

Constant change in upper management, constant overlooked talent, company likes to keep hiring new outside people that come in and make huge changes (c-suite) but what they should change are the managers. Company has huge transactions.

Pets! Bring pets! Overall company culture seemed good on the surface.

Cons

If you aren't in the inner circle of the people working there 10-20 years, it can be very difficult. My manager was extremely abrasive and micromanaging. There really was no recourse since this manager was friends with every person I could have brought issue with. The inner circle pats each other on the back for everything, and people who aren't in the 'in crowd' don't get recognized for great work.
