Pros
I liked being able to help people with their pets. Having worked with animals a lot and having pets of my own, I was really able to make sure that I was giving good advice.
Cons
As fun as it was, management had no idea what they were doing and the eventual stress from incompetence is what got to me. I guess that's what happens when you work for a widespread chain. Luckily I know my worth now and know that I'm better than what I was exposed to.
