      Pros

      good starting pay, but raises are very slow, no matter how hard you work

      Cons

      raises do not come very fast, in ths store the store manager does not do alot of work, always in the office

      Pros

      There are very little pros to working at this location! The only thing that could possibly be a pro is the flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Must work every department for little pay. The most you get in a raise is 14cents. Meanwhile you only get yearly reviews. They have a major turn over rate! So there is very little coverage. Full-time is only for managers You can have 36 hours one week and 15 the next NO positive reinforcment hard work goes unnoticed!

      Pros

      great people to work with in store along with the great customers you get to meet through out your day

      Cons

      always lots of stuff to do around the store and never enough staff on to do it. more of the training was on the fly and always rushed
