Toxic leadership that ridicules employees , does not train new hires than badmouths them for being untrained, and they never ever have repercussions, Company forces overlooking of dogs, than penalizes you for getting overtime. No matter how hard you work, you are constantly told it isn't enough and they need more sales, more vital cares, more commitment. You get PTO but get in trouble for using it, absolutely zero work life balance...if you're in management, they think they own you. You are supposed to get 1 weekend off a month, but when you try to take it...suddenly you're not a "team player" anymore. When you escalate to the DM, they take the Store Leader's side, no matter what it is...the "investigations" are laughable and the only ones that ever get their way are store leaders.

Payroll is pretty tight for all the task that need to be done.
