-We are in a NON investment store so we get looked over very frequently for better equipment for salon
-Very little dogs plus very few people tip and those who do tip, people working ends up fighing over them
-I was told I would be full time but magically I am cut down to maybe 36 hours.
-Very little room to move to a groomer when you can't make the"NUMBERS" you will be stuck there forever it seems
-You do feel like a number sadly.
- I put so much hard work and effort into working, and lately it really makes me question why I push myself so hard because 7.25 doesnt cut it when you can not commission out like ever. I'm sure holidays you have a better chance of doing so but I can not wait twice a year to make money.
- Store is understaffed so individuals have to help out on the floor "facing" products and when the truck comes and you have nothing to do we (grooming assistants) have to go out and stock shelves .That was not part of my job from what I was told when I was hired on.
- Finally, prepair for the worse schedual ever for instance closing shift all the time since you are going to do the shift that no one want to, even though I requested not to be put on that shift when I went in for the interview, I magically ended up almost every night closing .
