Previous Sales Dept leaders thrust into people management has turned certain areas into a cesspool of fear, jockeying for position, and ultimately—uncertainty as inappropriate relationships are paraded in broad daylight. Territory and Market Managers obvious breaking of fraternization, ethical, and relational boundaries seemingly have a blind eye turned by leadership. Yet—store level, and above see it.
