Management was terrible. I could write a book on all the terrible things that have happened in my time of working there. Managers were bullies. They weren't just managing they were bullies and would start drama. It's not normal for multiple of your employees to cry everyday. Everyone is out to get you and they constantly want more and more from you even though it's literally impossible. Demanded impossible quotas and tasks and you weren't allowed a second of overtime without being chewed out. Everything is the salon was broken and they wouldn't want to fix it because it took from the budget that affected their bonuses. Our printer was broken for years and the manager would have us handwrite our grooming agreements. The customers thought we were a joke because we were! SO much more to say but you get the idea.
