Pros

The only pro is the pay and it doesn’t make up for the rest, in my opinion.

Cons

Management is terrible. They don’t care about employees wellbeing, just numbers. There’s no advocate for employees; team leads just suck up to the managers and the managers barely show face but when they do, they come around barking orders. They reward hard work with more hard work.

Pros

Decent pay for minimum qualifications

Cons

hostile work environment, poor management, tolerance for prejudice from one employee to another regarding race/sex/religion. The company tends to belittle workplace injuries especially regarding occupational disease.
