No room for growth
Management 2 levels disconnected from you make the decisions on your compensation and career
Extremely traditional culture
Have to pay for coffee
Low pay relative to market
Company is run and managed by old men
Company's only intention is to pay shareholders as much as possible and pay employees as low as possible
The pay is what’s going to keep you there, decent benefits, and some good coworkers but that’s about it
Cons
Lateral mobility, things are based on seniority and brown-nosing, hours are okay for days but that’s it, laid offs are bad during presidential elections, and it’s a lot of if management likes you type of place if not you’re not safe or meticulously rules that only apply when they want it to, HR and management sucks to be honest you get told the wrong thing it’s your fault, HR doesn’t help with anything and sometimes makes it worse
