Pros

Good people to work with. Also given regular and consistent hours. The work as far as checking in parts an equipment is easy to learn an do.

Cons

Must be outside in the elements on a regular basis. It's a very labor demanding job. In other words you must be used to hard labor an a hot sun.

Pros

They don't force you to do overtime. You get Saturdays and Sundays off which was nice since i had younger Kids. The pay was very nice for easy work. Benefits were great. Very Friendly people to work with.

Cons

Sometimes hard to keep up with the production demands.
