Great people who were always more than willing to help, Good level of autonomy to work on your own, plenty of opportunity to do what you want with your career

Sometimes a bit of a slower pace, A little bit old fashion (dress code, dull work area, etc.)

Peterbilt is a great company to work. And as a diesel mechanic i enjoy working on the product line.

This company has taken care of me for the time that i have been there. The pay rate is good here.

Cons

I dislike that the company stongly recommend you complete all of the training you need to complete to become certified. But once you become eligable to go to school to get certified. The processe on going to school slows down.
