Pros

Excellent place for a fresh graduate, many opportunities to advance or move around. If I had gone there right after college I would probably still be there today.

Cons

Inexcusably undocumented interface for MAINFRAME computer. Little regard by HR for separation of engineering disciplines. This had definitely resulted in electrical designs that are far from optimal or elegant. I was frankly embarrassed by most of the electrical designs. Most mid career electrical engineers that come to Peterbilt leave after they get a thorough look at the designs and the reasons for the design decisions that produced them.
