Pros

The company had good set hours and very competitive pay and benefits. Pretty laid back atmosphere. The company also had really good management.

Cons

The company had some of the most immature co-workers I've seen in a workforce environment to date. It felt like I was going to middle school all over again.

Pros

People are wonderful. Meet some great friends and there are hard working A-team type people. Very proud to be financially stable.

Cons

Although the visits by the CEO to the facility ate a little over the top, it demands housekeeping, 5S and everyone to give their best.
