Friendly place to work

Pros

PRMC is non-profit hospital. Administration does incredible job to support employees. Pay is good for working overtime and critical shifts.

Cons

Taking care of patients is hard work that can wear you out. Seems they never have enough PCT. Be ready to handle 8- 20 patients while on the floor.
