Only work every other weekend and ur birthday is a paid holiday

Very fast paced and if oper as ter messes up it is always the packets fault very rude people no training what so ever

- Poor PTO policy - High employee turnover - Pay is below market rate for the amount of work expected, and responsibilities are continually added without corresponding compensation - “Merit increases” don’t reflect increased responsibilities or performance - If you’re a high performer, it’s easy to become overworked and underpaid
