      Pros

      In my first year at Petro I have progressed throughout the company to become a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator as well as witness employees being promoted to upper level positions. Petro offers a competitive compensation and great benefits. The office environment is professional & friendly. Working in the same building as the CEO & SVP, you never feel out of place or beneath your co-workers. Petro Home Services values their customers & their employees. They offer great opportunities to help their employees succeed and further develop their careers with Petro. I would highly recommend this employer.

      Pros

      The pay was ok. The hours were not bad especially if you wanted overtime. The co-workers are really nice.

      Cons

      The managers can be really nasty. They do not want to be part of the team all they care about is getting the most money per gallon on renewals.
