Working here was both fun and rewarding! There was a good structure of communication between employees, and working with pets and customers was a lovely experience. It was a small store, and it was easy to learn where everything was. The atmosphere was usually always positive and bright. They worked with my schedule and were very understanding about my time.

Cons

Towards the end of my time here, the company merged with Tractor Supply, and there were several changes that I was not comfortable with. There was also, unfortunately, a lot of drama behind the scenes that impacted the employees (gossip, arguments, bringing home life issues to work, etc.).

Working with dogs was nice. And the other groomers were awesome.

Cons

Constantly changing rules. Couldnt keep a manager. Does not promote from within.
