      Pros

      The company is growing (on the business and sales side) and has the cash flow to invest in itself. There are opportunities within the company to move between sites from coast to coast! Th company is currently taking strides to present itself as a unified front despite its decentralized layout.

      Cons

      The technology side of things is lacking. It is difficult to get help from the IT department because they are spread thin. As new sites are acquired, there doesn't seem to be proper planning to bring them into the network and it is difficult to move data between sites. Each location should have at least a junior IT member.

      The pay check didn't bounce.

      Cons

      Very manufacturing based, not customer or market focused. More interested in dictating what the customer should purchase instead of determining what value they could bring a market. Very discriminating towards minorities and females. Very unwilling to listen to alternative opinions.
