Great people. Cool office. Ok culture.

Cons

Incompetent upper management. Poor business priorities (mayor lay-offs then announce sponsor CROs personal friends sports team one month after. Terrible signal to send to the market). Informal routes of information and decisionmaking. Lack of transparency. Lenient on bullies and «bad seeds» damaging culture, productivity and motivation.

I am glad to hear that you really enjoyed the people you worked with and the culture that we provided. We had a rough 2022 and we understand that that has caused some uncertainty and apprehension among everyone. But, with that being said, we are extremely well positioned for great success in 2024 and have the best team in place to make that happen!

Not sure we understand the comment on "not flexible hours" as Pexip offers a very lucrative work life balance for all.
