- Great coworkers - Interesting work even if there’s a lot of it right now. - Flexible with time off

Cons

Senior leadership aren’t transparent in their decision making. Unclear mixed messages in their communications. They don’t listen to the people actually doing the work and constantly give excuses as opposed to solutions. This has been a worrying trend since the change of CEO. Huge amounts of layoffs in the last year, but the workload hasn’t scaled accordingly. Some teams have been cut to breaking point.

Colleagues, culture, and the daily tasks in your job are the most important things in job satisfaction. Transparency and communication is something that we are working really hard to fix in 2023. You are right, trust is earned and we are acutely aware that 2022 was rough and that some employees are still struggling with all the changes. The past year has been bumpy, but the vision and strategy is clear going forward. It is a company with a great culture and a lot of really knowledgeable, smart and caring people. Technology is great, secure and highly relevant in today's market.

Cons

2022 was tough with a lot of people having to go.
