The ability to manage your own business, and be empowered to make your own decisions while knowing that MGT will have your back. Excellent culture of Fun

Cons

Smaller company, so some of the perks (travel booking, etc), have to be done by the employee

Pros

Pexip has a fast-paced culture where everyone chips in to get the job done. The company gives employees a lot of flexibility and freedom, and because of its small size, you can make a big impact. The team is super-smart, driven, and supportive of each other as we're all driving hard towards the same goals together (and having a lot of fun along the way). Also, who doesn't love Norway?

Cons

Because of the small company size, you're often juggling a lot of projects. While this can get stressful at times, it's also a lot of fun and keeps you engaged and growing!

Pexip hires smartly and provides great autonomy to do my work. I am trusted to deliver results, because that is what I was hired to do.

Cons

Part of working in a company that is growing quickly means that it can be difficult to communicate as effectively as we would like. Much effort is made to communicate with all contributors, but it isn't always as effective as I would prefer.
