Pros

Company that can't do more for its employees, gives trust, freedom and flexibility to all employees. Very flat structure and good company culture. Lots of opportunities to travel, yearly company kick off in Oslo.

Cons

Location is outside Reading and London, which is a bit of a pain. Drinking culture at social events that is encouraged, which is not always professional.

At Pexip each employee feels like the owner of the company. One gets a lot of freedom and you can learn new things from the top-notch colleagues who strive for the best.

Cons

It's not that easy to get the job.
