Great people to work with and positive efforts from the management to implement changes in the medium-long terms

Cons

Besides having many people working for more than 10+ yrs, the company is not "attractive" to new employees as they trend not to remain longer in the company

Easy access to management and they will actually listen, not just hear you. Pay is a little better than what the average market trends are, but I haven't been here long enough to see how long it is to get a raise or if it will keep pace with other employers. Overall this is the best company I've thrown in with in many years!

Cons

Their is a lot of red tape as far as getting things done.
