it's a big company which provides plenty of resource you can use or share. The health insurance plan is pretty good, especially all the prescribed drugs are free

Cons

there is no bonus, no stock option and the increase of base salary is less than the inflation rate. it's claimed the base salary is very competitive to the same level at other pharmaceutical company which is a big lie.
