Good benefits, work/life balance is good. Well known company around the world so it’s a good company to have on a resume.

Cons

Advancement takes a long time even for high performers, very slow to give people additional responsibility. Very archaic way of thinking as it relates to senior vs junior or entry positions and certain senior level employees aren’t always respectful to junior/entry employees.

Job security is very low. This company is on an ongoing process to restructure and reduce headcount. The company is so large, one business may feel like a complete different organization when compared to others.
