Pros
Pfizer will make you work like crazy, yet the work being done gives you a multifaceted exposure to various depts in the organization. They will trust you with your work and make sure you deliver. They treat you with respect, and have a nice office culture.
Cons
They have a huge gap in levels of management. There either are grass root level employees or vetaran directors, and no middle management to fill in the stairs.
