Pros
The people are great, lots of young recent graduates, friendly atmosphere. Good food in the canteen, lots of cafes around the site.
Cons
Sandwich, Kent. You're in the middle of nowhere, literally can not walk to anything except other Pfizer buildings and fields. Canterbury is basically the only town in the area. The buildings are all those new 'high tech' complex type constructions, that have zero soul. Very high turnover of employees. I think many people were on ~2 year contracts.
