      Pros

      I love working at Pfizer because from the top to the bottom, the main focus are the patients. Throughout the pandemic, the CEO and management ensured all colleagues and contractors were safe. There is so much talent throughout the entire company and many opportunities to learn. My mind is always active even though some of us have been remote.

      Cons

      Workload can be overwhelming at times and balance of work needs to be balanced. As long as you speak up and talk to management, they do find ways to get us extra support. Since it is so competitive in the job market, it can take longer to get more qualified support.

      Good salary and benefit. Interview process is very easy, mostly behavioral questions..

      Cons

      People are very clickish, lab management lack integrity, I do not like the toxic distrustful and favoritism culture, no career advancement opportunity. Very high turnover rate. The plant has lots of regulatory issue.

      Good name to have on the CV, learn about pharma politics game-of-thrones

      Cons

      They make a point of no jerks because there are plenty of them. Constant layoffs result in a toxic competitive environment where your hiring manager is paranoid you will replace him so he silos you, steals your ideas and bad mouths you in front of the team. His manager is paranoid that he will replace him so you will then be used as ammunition. So so so incredibly stressful. Morale is low. Headless chickens who would otherwise be really smart and can do great things.
