Pros

Solid pay. Great benefits. Bonuses and RSUs.

Cons

They do head counts every year and your performance is tied to goals that you set. This causes a lot of information hoarding and ruins collaboration. It always feels like you could lose your job at any moment.

Pros

Bought Seagen and made a lot of shareholders rich.

Cons

Nothing but negatives since the acquisition of Seagen. Worse benefits across the board. Less PTO, retirement contributions, no equity grants, more expensive health insurance. Lack of fundamental understanding of Seagen's ADCs, leading to layoffs and compromise of research to fight cancer Less budget and no backfilling people who quit Same timelines without consideration of the workload of employees or reduction in staff. Everyone is salary and no overtime. Laid off everyone at the Everett Launchpad location immediately.
